I totally forgot to review this Perfect Stay Eyeliner as I have had it for quite sometime. This Perfect Stay Eyeliner comes in 2 shades – #01 Soft Black & #02 Dark Brown. Both shades are very natural colors. Thou it’s an eyeliner, but I didn’t use it as an eyeliner, I prefers to use it as a brow pencil. The texture of this eyeliner, it’s not those creamy crayon type, it’s more of a dryer type like a pencil’s lead type. For beginners, it’s more easy to use this to fill in the blanks or draw your brows. It just draw up brows perfectly, and unlike the traditional type of eyebrow pencils that need to use a sharpener to sharpen the pencils, this is more convenient to use as just by a twist, the tip is out, and after using, just twist back in again to close it. Because of the texture is more dry like lead type, it’s more recommended to use it as an eyebrow pencil and it’s waterproof. Overall, it’s quite a good product.
